Hermanlamp's return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If your received product is older than 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns need to be requested in advance by sending us an email (support@hermanlamp.com) in which we will reply to your approved return email with a mailing address. All you need to do is send the product to the mailing address we provide, and you will need to pay the shipping costs up front (we will refund the shipping costs as appropriate).
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between the time a customer places an order and the time the seller delivers the order to the courier.
Generally, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. For special orders a processing time of 5-9 business days is required. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.
Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
