Returns within 30 days
Hermanlamp's return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If your received product is older than 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns need to be requested in advance by sending us an email (support@hermanlives.com) in which we will reply to your approved return email with a mailing address. All you need to do is send the product to the mailing address we provide, and you will need to pay the shipping costs up front (we will refund the shipping costs as appropriate).
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Returns are not allowed in the following cases
- the merchandise has been installed and used
- Any item is submitted for return more than 30 days after receipt of the product
Refunds
If your return is received, inspected and determined to be eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed. If the return is for personal reasons, we will deduct the cost of the item we sent will be deducted from the refund amount. If it is due to product quality or our responsibility, we refund the full amount.
For eligible returns, your refund will be processed. Please keep in mind that it also takes a while for banks to process refunds, usually 1-3 days for PayPal and 2-5 days for credit card refunds.
Breakage during the shipping process
In rare cases breakage can occur, but we cannot exclude that crushing and collision during shipping is the cause of broken parts, please contact us and we will replace the broken parts for you free of charge.
Clearance items and custom items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items and custom items are final products and cannot be refunded, but we will exchange or replace the item due to our responsibility.
Exchanges
An exchange is the return of a purchased item and the purchase of a new item.
Order Cancellation
In order to complete your order quickly and keep your product, we will process the order immediately. All orders are processed within 24 hours. We understand that you may need to cancel or modify your order, specifically you can contact us and get support.
